Product Return Policy (New & Unused Products)
All product returns require a Setra‑issued RMA number before items can be sent back. Returns received without a valid RMA number may be refused. Please fill out the RMA Request Form below.
Return Eligibility
Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
Items must be in resalable condition to qualify for credit.
Returns must be requested within 6 months of the original shipment date.
Custom or non‑resalable products are not eligible for credit unless the return is due to a confirmed Setra order entry error.
Important Notes
Products that have been installed or tested cannot be returned for credit.
If items are found to have been installed after inspection, they will be returned to you as‑is with no credit issued.
Shipping Requirements
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning products.
Ship returned items to Setra after receiving your RMA number.
Restocking & Fees
Returns for credit are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
Restocking fees do not apply to returns resulting from a confirmed Setra error.
