Resetting CTs and Existing Meter Data

Resetting the CTs on the meter (even if resetting due to polarity correction) will cause the stored data to be deleted.

It's recommended that before this is done, the customer stores the data either:

• Manually through odometer EXPORT ALL for each load

• Through their communication network/controller (BACnet or Modbus).
