Retrieving Power Meter Data After Comms Loss

There are two ways to retrieve data if there's an interruption in communication (BACnet/Modbus).

1. Over BACnet, access trending objects.

*Note - this is not possible in Modbus.

2. Going thru the web portal on your PC/laptop over USB or Ethernet if the IP address is known,

• Go to the Power Analytics tab

• Odometer

• Select the load(s) of interest

• For each load in odometer page

• Hit EXPORT ALL to generate a .csv file.

*This is very time consuming if there are many loads.
