Yes – the power meter has on-board termination resistor on the 48 load unit via DIP switches.

The power meter is shipped from the factory with the termination resistor turned OFF.

The 48-load power meter also supports pull up and pull-down resistors.

The 3 load and 12 load model power meters do not have on-board termination, pull up or pull-down resistors.
